1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" refers to the sp777 website accessible at sp777.vip, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player on the sp777 Platform.
• "Player" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an Account on sp777 and is using the Platform.
• "Wallet" refers to the virtual balance held within a Player's sp777 Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account by sp777.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to PHP amounts deposited by the Player from their own financial accounts.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer verification procedures required to confirm a Player's identity and eligibility.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the sp777 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. sp777 strictly enforces the minimum age requirement in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of placing any wager.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of sp777, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by sp777 or any other gaming operator or regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All accounts must be registered and operated by the account holder personally.

sp777 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

3 Account Registration

Each Player may hold only one (1) registered Account on the sp777 Platform. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances, including Real Money Funds, subject to applicable law.

When registering your sp777 Account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all registration fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details.
• Maintain the accuracy of your account information and promptly update sp777 of any changes.
• Keep your login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes, strictly confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account.
• Notify sp777 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

sp777 reserves the right to refuse account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the sp777 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). sp777 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status.
• Deposits are credited to your sp777 Wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. sp777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• sp777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals are processed to verified accounts only. KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• sp777 aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business day. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any additional verification requirements.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• sp777 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may result in temporary delays. Players will be notified of any such delays.
• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

sp777 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the point of offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. sp777 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in the individual bonus terms. Until Wagering Requirements are met, Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn.
• sp777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms – including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies, or the exploitation of technical errors – will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and may result in account closure.
• Bonuses have an expiry period as specified in the individual offer terms. Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will be removed from your Account upon expiry.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on the sp777 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By placing a wager on any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• sp777 uses certified Random Number Generation (RNG) technology for all virtual games. Live casino outcomes are determined by real physical actions conducted by professional dealers in a controlled studio environment.
• All bets are final once confirmed. sp777 does not accept requests to cancel or modify a wager after it has been placed and accepted by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, sp777 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the Player's Wallet. No further compensation will be payable.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. sp777 reserves the right to adjust bet limits at any time.
• sp777 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical fault.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the sp777 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or card games.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any Player who discovers a technical error must report it to sp777 immediately and must not exploit it for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening behavior toward sp777 staff or other Players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by sp777.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sp777 Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive property of sp777 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the sp777 Platform without prior written consent from sp777.
• The sp777 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of sp777. Unauthorized use of these marks is strictly prohibited.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sp777 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized access to your Account due to your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Interruptions, delays, or errors in the Platform caused by circumstances beyond sp777's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, or acts of God.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the Platform, including game odds, promotional terms, or account balance displays that are subject to technical error.
• Losses incurred as a result of gambling. sp777 is an entertainment platform; all wagering involves risk and Players accept that risk in full when placing bets.

sp777's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

sp777 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

• sp777 collects personal data including your name, date of birth, contact details, payment information, and gameplay history for the purposes of account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and service improvement.
